Pumpkin Soup
Sautee 1/4 cup butter
1 cup onion (diced)
1 clove garlic
Add:
1 tsp cury
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp coriander
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
3 cups chicken broth
Bring to a slow boil.
Add:
16 oz Pumpkin
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup half and half
To thin out put in a blender
To serve, have chives and sour cream available.
